good stuff gonna have a a chat with the folks at airsoft scotland about modding the CM031 and costs for them if they were to do it and upgrade internals to boot. once full custom job has been done can rebuild the CM031 and get one of those bison kits for it

Lets see... ideal kit.
STAR L-115 - about 800 euros plus the gas and BBs STAR/CA FN FAL - in some form, ~400 euros + mags, batteries, BBs MP5F - CA B&T one costs rougly 350 euros 2x customised Glocks/M1911s/Berettas - capable of using CO2, atleast 200€/piece M14 - customized, again (3 versions, atleast: M25, wood M14 and the EBR version); ~500-600€ M1 Garand - 600 euros plus gas M1A1 Carbine - 600 euros plus gas Custom-made gas bolties - Kar98K, Lee-Enfield and M/39 Thompson SMG - 300 euros MP-40 SMG - 400 euros VFC BAR - CNC (only steel, aluminum and wood), 800 euros Some nice shotgun (like a Mossberg 590) - atleast 400 euros PKM - custom made using real parts (seen few), ~1000-1500 euros plus helluva lot of BBs Kalashnikov "chassis", 300€: AK-104 - there are few kits and G&G makes one; atleast 500 euros AK-47/AKM - another 300 euros AK-74(N) - 400€ And the associated clothing etc.... would be quite ideal. Some people do have about the same. If I ought to choose a small kit - sniper, rifle, SMG, pistol - not customized... STAR L-115, G&G LR300 or RK-104 (or some other good metal body rifle), CA B&T MP5A4 or A5 (with a flashlight), and some good pistol - preferably Glock or M1911 -------------------- Hakkaa päälle Pohjan poika!

trapper industries do one, but it uses Mauri ak internals, dunno what the ideal upgrade would be to get it going on par with its western equivilants
heck if i could id try and get hold of a decommissioned PK and have the internals replaced for Airsoft by a retailer scrap the SVD tho, strating kit as stated before is pure CYMA kit: CM031 (AK74) + 4 extra mags (might grab an extra 2 so the chest rig scorpy suggested gets max usage ) CM030 (Glock 18c) totaling 90GBP from RSOV.com so thats one weeks work, next after that would be the KA custom kit for it -------------------- Never before in the history of man, was so much buggered up by so few.

Ummm... what's your problem with Marui then? They might lack the metal and the power of their non-Japanese equilants, but hell... Especially the Beta Spetznaz is prolly the most durable and also in some extent accurate standard AEG I've read of - people have accidentally backed over few with cars (the one I recall is a Volvo family car + dry, hard sand), dropped them into wet ditches and such... only thing not good are the looks, I guess.
Your starter looks quite neat tho'... if you wanna save even more, drop the pistol maybe? -------------------- Hakkaa päälle Pohjan poika!

Now this is a surprise.
Clicky Madbull is making a Kriss. As for Marui I like some of their stuff like the MP7 and M14 SOCOM. -------------------- -------------------- Heed my words or risk being beaten with a stick then fed to my associate D@V£ The Rules - Most places have rules, these are ours Read them! Nothing against mauri, but the price don't mind the looks either, the pistol is to grab while i can at the cheap seeing as they dont do the TM Colt Python or KW Barreta GBB

Most GBBs consume helluva lot of gas and will not work very well in cold. And TM Python (and, well, most AS revolvers)... well you're just mad.
Now if we could just get the Kriss in AEG form... -------------------- Hakkaa päälle Pohjan poika!

Someone told me that the best source for all the Russian stuff was this online shop: http://www.russiancombatgear.com/
But they reside in Canada, I bet that shipping your orders to the UK will cost a pretty nice amount of money. -------------------- |

The carrying of an airsoft gun in public in Germany has been made punishable today after the Federal Council confirmed a bill that had already made its way through the Federal Diet. You'll end up with a fine of 10000€ in a case of infraction.

Sounds like the VCRA only with bigger fines.
