How about an emergency services mod? Fire Service, building fires, forest fires, rescue, car crash etc Ambulance, paramedics etc. Police, chases, traffic control, anti terror ops. Air Sea resuce, mountain rescue??

I think I saw someone working on a firetruck somewhere,... building and forest fires can be scripted,... chases can be done by using Mandoble's chasing script for OFP. Not sure if it works for ArmA though...
