At least 3 times, I've heard ingame cutscenes refer to the country as Everon, and not Sahrani.. (in ArmA and Queen's Gambit exp)
Wasn't Everon the fictional country used in OFP?

Or is Everon supposed to be a continent or something?
Or maybe just recycled speech files?

There's a town named Everon in the Southern coast of Northern Sahrani.
