shiny things always have worked with me, explains how little i end up spending on my PC though
 first thing i think i got my last gf was an £89.00 white gold necklace, it got a smile....all i gotta say regarding my wallet: OUCH and to think that coulda been spent on an IR filter and new bag for my camera!

seriously ... id probably take her shopping a week before hand and get her something nice, like a dress and then wrap it up for her and tell her she'll find it under the tree
 ... Later (when shes not there) Id get her a some other nice little gifts like a necklace and matching expensive earings to go with it  Supprise her with tickets a few weeks into the new year to a posh resturant so she can show off her dress she'll love you to bits then
