Aren't there rules against advertising non-BIS products here? I know it's sort of borderline, but this should really be in the cool links thread.

He's not advertising a commercial product. The rule you mention (seen below) prevents advertising products that cost money and commercial additions to ArmA that have not been licensed by BIS. Do not use the forum to make direct or indirect advertisement concerning something not related to ArmA.
