I'm still against moving ArmA news from OFP.info
Why do we even need this site? IMO it was a terrible idea moving, and moving again is going to be an even worse idea (we've only just got back the :ohno: smiley ) This post has been edited by D@V£: Jun 2 2009, 00:36 -------------------- The Rules - Nothing too complicated, follow these and we'll have no problems.

I am happy with the way it is. The differing colour for the two games make IDing posts easy and if one cannot find the 'ArmA1' and 'ArmA2' news links on the bar to the left, well, they really can't complain...mainly because they probably won't find the 'forum' link to do so.

Yeah but news is just a part of the iceberg, there are addons and other sections to handle like search system and so on. It would require rewriting a big part of the site's code.

For the immediate future addons ect are not a problem; in a few months it will be.
So I guess for now our news is fine, we just have to prepare for the future in regards to how we organise our ArmA2 file sections... -------------------- |
