A CASTOR train from France run through the city just now, no 50 m from where I live. It was quiet until one hour ago but now the place is crawling with tree-hugging eco freaks and police response is on its way, too.
I'm surprised how fast they run - the train, that is. Not much time to slow down in case some witless moron chained themselves to the rails again.

Id say you need to be more 21st century devious ...
Infiltrate the eco-activitis. Plant a small device under the tracks that gets "missed" by track checking teams. Blow it up under the train, actually achieving the aim of the eco-activitis, derailing the train and causing a mediocre radioactive disaster that is broadcast on every major news network around the world. Police and Government lay the Deaths/blame on eco-activitis/Green Peace types. High profile arrests and convictions lead to Government banning eco-activities. No more sodomized trees
