Them Hellenes had less than 25% ball possession because at least nine players would surround their goal all the fricking time. I bet they are proud of possessing 25% of something, usually they're owing 25% or more ... -------------------- |

I had the mother of all migraine attacks today. Holy cow. Never before I wished for some madmad with a 12 gauge to enter my room and blow my head off... though today I did.

Guess what... it's a flu, again! Just finished the 3+ weeks one, and measured my heat at 39,5°C recently (felt like being drunk, without the good bits) and about a degree lower earlier today. But since I didn't figure how to read the broken meter (the scale is somewhat... off), thought it was less than 37°C and went to get some stuff from IKEA with the woman. A brilliant idea it seems

A week ago I almost got fired because I almost started a braw with a lawyer, how I wish I could have hit him, even if he sued me, it would have been sweet.
So, this forum is quite dead, what's with all of you? Indigo, you're still alive? |

Rejoice, lowlanders! You're going to get a new national trainer after last night! Hurray! They finally drugged him enough for him to sign his resignation! -------------------- |

Then again is the trainer but the guy in the coaching zone while there are eleven others on the field. It's out of touch with reality to only blame the trainer for the Dutchies' perfomance (no offence meant, this is true for any other team as well).

Then again is the trainer but the guy in the coaching zone while there are eleven others on the field. It's out of touch with reality to only blame the trainer for the Dutchies' perfomance (no offence meant, this is true for any other team as well). - Radically changed the successful line-up of the qualifying matches less than a month before the start of the tournament, without reason (no injuries etc) other than his own lack of balls; - Made his own son-in-law (van Bommel) captain while everyone knows that it should have been Sneijder; - Continued playing with two defending midfielders despite continous disastrous results because if he had switched back to one, he wouldn't have had an excuse not to bench his own son-in-law; - Allowed various factions to form within the squad, one centered around van Persie (refused to talk to the media because he didn't feel like it) and Affelay (who considered himself above everyone else because he plays for Barcelona, a grand total of 18 minutes this season ... ), one around (former) Ajax players who didn't like the defensive way of playing, and the rest a collection of players either too inexperienced for this level or too untalented; - Did nothing about these rifts in the team, hoped they would go away when the tournament started; - Called up an 18 year old left back with 6 months of league experience from his own son-in-law's team PSV while Emanuelson, a regular for AC Milan was left out because van Bommel advised against it because of a grudge (they had a fall-out when van Bommel was playing for AC Milan and supported Seedorf in a conflict with van Bommel); - The back-up for the 18 year old kid was a left midfielder who had only played as a left-back for 25 minutes in his entire career; - Called up another PSV player Strootman who played like rubbish for the last 6 months while other players excelled on his position, but were playing for the wrong team (not PSV, the club that also supplied all of the assistant coaches, a club known for it's defensive attitude towards football, the polar opposite to Total Football); - Called up Bouma (PSV, an old mate of van Bommel) and Bhoularouz, who didn't even show that they were good enough for a reserve role in the Dutch and German leagues; - Made it very clear that only players that are regulars for their team stand a chance of making it in the national team, so he called up Affelay, Bouma, Bhoularouz and Mathijssen, who did not play more than 40-50 matches between them this season, and I'm being relaxed here, most "matches" were cases of being brought on as substitutions; - Lied to players (among which the topscorer of the Bundesliga) about their chances of being in the starting line-up when he already had his mind set long before; - Only appointed his mates and his son-in-law's mates as assistant coaches, untalented and unexperienced at the top level, let alone European top level; - Played archaic football of the type that Germany and Italy used to play, besides Greece, everyone played more modern football than we did; - Played a left-footed player on the right flank and right-footed one on the left, meaning they all move towards the center of the pitch, completely wasting the space on the flanks that Total Football depends on; - Declared before, during and after the tournament that there was no talent amongst the potential new players despite having looked extensively, when every fan can see that there is plenty of potential for new players and for a better team than the one that got sent to the Ukraine. That's not a good signal to send out to the young guys that are going to have to bear the brunt of the qualification matches to the 2014 world cup. Because of all of this we ended up with an unmotivated, deeply divided squad of players. He made every mistake he could have made. - Radically changed the successful line-up of the qualifying matches less than a month before the start of the tournament, without reason (no injuries etc) other than his own lack of balls; Holy Mother of God that's about the longest rant I've ever encountered on this board.- Made his own son-in-law (van Bommel) captain while everyone knows that it should have been Sneijder; - Continued playing with two defending midfielders despite continous disastrous results because if he had switched back to one, he wouldn't have had an excuse not to bench his own son-in-law; - Allowed various factions to form within the squad, one centered around van Persie (refused to talk to the media because he didn't feel like it) and Affelay (who considered himself above everyone else because he plays for Barcelona, a grand total of 18 minutes this season ... ), one around (former) Ajax players who didn't like the defensive way of playing, and the rest a collection of players either too inexperienced for this level or too untalented; - Did nothing about these rifts in the team, hoped they would go away when the tournament started; - Called up an 18 year old left back with 6 months of league experience from his own son-in-law's team PSV while Emanuelson, a regular for AC Milan was left out because van Bommel advised against it because of a grudge (they had a fall-out when van Bommel was playing for AC Milan and supported Seedorf in a conflict with van Bommel); - The back-up for the 18 year old kid was a left midfielder who had only played as a left-back for 25 minutes in his entire career; - Called up another PSV player Strootman who played like rubbish for the last 6 months while other players excelled on his position, but were playing for the wrong team (not PSV, the club that also supplied all of the assistant coaches, a club known for it's defensive attitude towards football, the polar opposite to Total Football); - Called up Bouma (PSV, an old mate of van Bommel) and Bhoularouz, who didn't even show that they were good enough for a reserve role in the Dutch and German leagues; - Made it very clear that only players that are regulars for their team stand a chance of making it in the national team, so he called up Affelay, Bouma, Bhoularouz and Mathijssen, who did not play more than 40-50 matches between them this season, and I'm being relaxed here, most "matches" were cases of being brought on as substitutions; - Lied to players (among which the topscorer of the Bundesliga) about their chances of being in the starting line-up when he already had his mind set long before; - Only appointed his mates and his son-in-law's mates as assistant coaches, untalented and unexperienced at the top level, let alone European top level; - Played archaic football of the type that Germany and Italy used to play, besides Greece, everyone played more modern football than we did; - Played a left-footed player on the right flank and right-footed one on the left, meaning they all move towards the center of the pitch, completely wasting the space on the flanks that Total Football depends on; - Declared before, during and after the tournament that there was no talent amongst the potential new players despite having looked extensively, when every fan can see that there is plenty of potential for new players and for a better team than the one that got sent to the Ukraine. QUOTE just so he gets to fill the hole of inactivity he complained about. Well, sorry mate, I don't mind if you post a little more. Long story short, the lawyer insulted a gay couple who were buying an office to them. So, I got angry. He was what the yanks would call "douche bag", a twat works too? |

I don't give a damn.
As if we were going to take bronze against the Portugese. All the sissies who sank the tournament earlier this evening will refuse to be in the line up anyway. Like they did when it was about bronze in South Africa 2010. -------------------- |
