How is that while I'm on service, and doing sh*t all day, I can sleep two hours each day (this time the service lasted 4 days) and feel like a charm but off duty and working at an office I sleep 8 hours and feel tired all day?

When you lead an active life you generate more endorphins than you would if you are stuck at desk all day, when you shift from active to inactive this becomes apparent by this tiredness.

The other reason is desk jobs are boring as hell...though getting some exercise when your not working should help with the tiredness
